Well, generally i think it is well structured and decentralized to an extent. Though sometimes the waiting time is very long especially at the national ethic. Also i think the procedures and requirments are well explained.

Obtaining ethical clearance in Cameroon is quite challenging financially, physically, and time consuming. However, I think the long procedure is necessary so as to protect human lives.
