Wishing us all the best,Chao!Researchers can ensure that their research is conducted in accordance with GCP through a concise and well structured research protocol submitted to and reviewed by the IRB/IECs. With this,the researcher is sure that the research is in the lane of GCP since everything about the research is stated in the protocol and is sure to be respected throughout the study.
I think a challenge can be poorly trained staff or staff who do not have knowledge on GCP and research ethics.
Also,a poor consenting process can be a major challenge to obtaining research conducted according to GCP.
Lapses in monitoring and auditing can also be a challenge to research conducted in accordance with GCP.To overcome the above mentioned challenges,the staff recruited for data collection should be trained from time to time on the importance of conducting research according to GCP throughout the study. Also,there should be regular monitoring and auditing in order to keep the research in check and ensure a proper study.

I think it is great that securing an ethical clearance in your region or institution is possible. Also,having a research ethics committee in the country is good. To me,the process is not complicated as all the steps are a crucial part for the safeguard and good of the participants.
