Adherence to GCP, and ethical regulations are very crucial in ensuring participants safety and data integrity.
    – To ensure that studies are conducted in adherence to GCP, researchers should make it mandatory for staffs to take GCP courses.
    – Lack of knowledge of GCP, heavy task load, fatigue and pressure from the investigator to meet performance target in recruiting participants in a study may result in staff intentionally or unintentionally ignoring GCP regulations.
-The above mention challenges can be overcome by frequent monitoring, inspection and auditing. First to identify non compliance to GCP and come up with a plan to ensure that GCP regulations are adhere to.
