Research Question: Does the modification of HIACE buses increase injury severity among adults travelling to Kumba?
AIM: Explore the effects of bus modifications on adult travellers heading to/from Kumba.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
1. The describe the burden of HIACE accidents on the Kumba road from Jan 2025 to December 2025.
2. To describe the injuries sustained by travellers in modified and non-modified HIACE buses along the Kumba road from January 2025 to December 2025
3. Investigate the link between severe injuries and modified HIACE buses between travellers along the Kumba road from January 2025 to December 2025.Hypothesis
NULL: There is no correlation between modified HIACE buses and severe injuries along the Kumba road.
Alternative: Bus modification increases the risk of severe injuries along the Kumba road.
